I ordered a Patriots hoodie from patriots.com and was impressed when it showed up. Compared to some team hoodies I’ve gotten before, this one feels way better quality. The fabric is thick but still soft, and it doesn’t have that cheap feel where you worry it’ll get rough or misshapen after one wash. The sizing was true to normal, maybe just a little roomy, which I actually prefer in a hoodie. The print looks clean too and hasn’t started cracking or peeling. Overall, really happy with it and I’d definitely order again.
"Shipping was slower than it should’ve been"
I ordered a jersey and it did eventually arrive, but the shipping took a few days longer than the estimate, which was annoying. The tracking barely updated for a while too, so I wasn’t sure what was going on. The package itself was fine when it got here, but the whole delivery experience felt slower and more frustrating than I expected.

I mostly use patriots.com for news and game info, and yeah, it’s been easy to get around. I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but I do appreciate not having to hunt forever for the schedule, roster, or tickets. It loads fine on my phone too, which is always a relief. Overall, just a nice simple site that does what I need.

"Customer service made me feel better about my order"
I had a small issue with my order from Patriots, which always makes me a little nervous because I don’t like taking chances with shipping details. I emailed customer service and they got back to me faster than I expected. They updated the shipping info without turning it into a huge hassle, which I really appreciated. I’ve dealt with some rough team store support before, so it was a relief that this went smoothly.
